“CONNECTING Cage/Vault to Revenue Audit” – Getting the Most Out of Casino Insight, Ballroom

For this presentation, you will hear from Chelsi Province, Senior Operations Controller Winstar Casino. You will hear from Chelsi on her approach to the install of Casino Insight, how she evaluated the changes, and how she was open to new processes to take advantage of the solution. At the end, she will cover how she did an evaluation after 90 days to see if the values they received lined up and what other values they were not taking advantage of. The goal is to have an open discussion around the pros and cons and how to best implement Casino Insight. She will share best practices for managing cage operations and revenue audit and how to take advantage of the tools available in Casino Insight.
