Jackpot Reconciliation

The Jackpot Audit Tool provides a reconciliation between the cash paid for a Jackpot, either from a cashier or an AJM, the CMS record for the Jackpot and the tax record for the Jackpot, where applicable. The audit tool provides a multitude of functionality to enable the auditor to research variances and make any necessary corrections within the tool without having to retrieve multiple reports.

Document Search Report

Although documents are created and stored electronically, they are made readily available throughout the application via our Document Viewer Panel. Additionally, the Document Search Report provides the ability to quickly audit 10%, 20%, or 100% of documents for appropriate signatures based on your casino’s policies. Full audit trail, who, when and what for every transaction.

Food & Beverage Reconciliation

This report provides a comparison between the change in cash activity at the vault (either from funds issued via a cashier or a cash recycler machine) to the expected cash drop from the casino’s POS. Rather than spending hours building spreadsheets used to audit F&B activity, now your auditors will have time to truly audit the casino activity.

Daily Activity Report

Because CAS is a general ledger accounting system, it can provide all debits and credits for the entire game day, including transactions from external systems, into one report. An exportable view is also provided to make the upload to your financial accounting system incredibly easy.
