Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Casino Cash Trac is the creator of Casino Insight, an award-winning suite of transactional, reporting, and analytical tools designed to streamline and automate cage operations, revenue audit processes, and operations analysis. Casino Insight offers full integration with most casino management, food & beverage, and hotel systems, as well as most cash dispensers, kiosks, and other bank machines.
Since developing Casino Insight in 2012, CCT has helped over 200 casinos across multiple states to maximize productivity and efficiency while minimizing paper waste and manual processes that are prone to human error. Our customer base includes properties of all sizes ranging from 50 to over 8.000 machines.

Kurt Williams, CPA, CEO & Co-Founder
Kurt is the co-founder and CEO of CCT, a company dedicated to utilizing data to streamline operations, optimize decision making, and prevent fraud for our customers. He enjoys being engaged directly with CCT’s customers and brings a hands-on approach to solving problems, developing strategies and processes that will help them advance towards operational excellence. Kurt, a CPA, has been in the gaming industry for 15 years and has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, business valuation, and fraud investigation.
Blake Doerr, CTO
Blake is an accomplished Enterprise Software Architect with over 20 years of experience. He is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development, managing the company’s technology initiatives and overseeing all development for CCT.
Wanor Franca, CRO
Wanor brings more than 20 years of software experience working with sales, consulting and client relations for many Fortune 500 companies in the US, Asia Pacific and South America. Wanor’s role is to act as the visionary “revenue architect,” being responsible for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related areas -- focusing on sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and marketplace growth.
Daniel Roe, COO
Danny Roe is the Chief Operations Officer at Casino Cash Trac. He has over 20 years of experience supporting clients on integrated accounting software and managing large software implementations. Prior to joining Casino Cash Trac, Danny led a global software support team for oil & gas trading. He also worked for several years with the accounting firm, Deloitte.
Brandy Tyler, Director of Product Development
Brandy Tyler is the Director of Product Development at Casino Cash Trac. She has over 20 years of experience in business process improvement, leading teams, and project management. She has worked in the gaming industry since 2008. By leveraging her incredibly smart and capable team, her industry expertise and keen problem-solving abilities, Casino Cash Trac is able to deliver the industry’s best products and user experience.
Jake Proffitt, Director of Implementation Services
Jake Proffitt is the Director of Implementation Services at Casino Cash Trac. Since 2016, his primary focus has been the onboarding of new clients in Casino Insight through configuration design, training, and data validation. His team specializes in transitioning casinos into new technology while implementing industry best-practice processes.
Hunter Martin, Director of Support Services
Hunter Martin is the Director of Support at Casino Cash Trac. He has been in the gaming industry for 10 years. Hunter enjoys the ever-changing landscape of support and being challenged with new issues daily, forcing him to continually think outside the box. Prior to his employment with CCT, he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration. He looks forward to continuing to provide CCT customers with industry-leading support.
Luke Martin, Director of Managed Services
Luke is the Director of Managed Service at Casino Cash Trac and has over 13 years of gaming experience, primarily in the areas of audit and accounting. As Director of Managed Services, his team will be responsible for managing software upgrades as well as existing client requests and special projects. He enjoys working in the casino industry as it provides the unique opportunity to solve a wide array of problems that provide clients with efficiencies that affect the bottom line.
